John Crosier

John Crosier - Chief Compliance Officer

With more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, John Crosier has dedicated his career to helping individuals and families navigate the path toward a confident retirement. After earning a degree in Economics with a minor in Political Science from Southern Utah University, John discovered a passion for guiding others through the complexities of financial planning.

Over the course of his career, John has developed a core philosophy: no two clients view their financial future the same way. He believes that truly effective advising starts with listening. By asking thoughtful questions and gaining a deep understanding of each client’s unique goals, values, and concerns, he has continually refined his approach to better serve those he works with. For John, one of the most rewarding aspects of his work is partnering with clients to set meaningful goals—and then watching them achieve those milestones over time.

Since 2015, John has been a partner at Aspen Capital Management, an active wealth management firm focused on delivering a more dynamic and responsive investment experience. Through an active portfolio approach, the firm seeks to align closely with client objectives and adapt to changing market conditions, helping clients pursue their long-term retirement goals with greater confidence. John takes great pride in being part of an organization that shares his commitment to personalized, client-centered advice. Outside of his professional life, John is deeply family oriented. He is married to his wife Denise, whom he considers his best friend, and together they have raised four daughters. As a family, they enjoy fishing, hunting, hiking, and taking vacations close to home. John is also an avid fan of hockey and tennis and has a deep appreciation for the beauty and serenity of Utah’s mountains.
